Villa Bianca Cayola offers 200 m² of elegance and comfort in the heart of a 3,000 m² private park. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious 40 m² living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a bright veranda, and two elegant suites with private bathrooms and toilets. One has a covered outdoor area, and the other features a large walk-in closet. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms share a bathroom with a toilet. For your well-being: a fully air-conditioned fitness room with a spa and infrared sauna awaits you. Outside, large terraces and a 5 x 12 m swimming pool complete the property.
Access
Access to the villa is simple and convenient. A large private gate opens onto a driveway leading directly to the house. Several parking spaces are available inside the property. The entrance is fully independent, and our team will welcome you in person for key handover and a quick tour of the property.
