Space
The duplex features a bright and modern living area with a comfortable lounge, TV, and fast Wi-Fi. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary utensils. Three bedrooms are available: Two double bedrooms (140 cm) on the ground floor. A spacious master suite upstairs with a 160 cm bed, private bathroom, and toilet. A second modern bathroom with a shower is located on the ground floor. The south-facing terrace with outdoor furniture is perfect for sunbathing or enjoying meals outside. All beds are made upon arrival for your comfort.
Access
Access to the apartment is simple and flexible thanks to a secure key box with a digicode, allowing arrivals between 4:00 p.m. and midnight. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. Please note there is no private parking, but free public parking spaces are available nearby.
