Warm, bright and well-equipped family home located in a residence with a shared pool. Outdoor space: furnished terrace with table, 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers, parasol and a plancha, ideal for outdoor meals. Living area: very bright conservatory-style lounge with sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and smart TV. Reading corner with armchair and adult/kids library. Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, full cookware and tableware. Sleeping / layout: – Ground-floor bedroom: bunk bed + trundle bed (3 sleeping spots), games, chair and wardrobe (ideal for kids). – Upstairs bedroom: double bed 140×190, armchair, large wardrobe (travel cot available). – Mezzanine: bench + desk with a monitor (cables not provided), good for remote work/reading. Bathroom: walk-in shower, hairdryer. Separate toilet. Amenities: fiber internet (Freebox), cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, etc.), drying rack. Locked trash area (glass/paper to be taken to nearby collection points).
