Access to the entire property and garden. Self check-in via a secure lockbox, the code is sent before arrival. Check-in from 4 PM / Check-out before 10 AM. Private parking for 1 vehicle. A second vehicle can park in the small car park a little further down the street. Please do not park in the street.

Check-in from 4 PM / check-out before 10 AM. Early check-in available on request and subject to availability (before 4 PM): €12 for the first hour, then €10 per additional hour. This supplement covers the specific organisation of our team, which sometimes mobilises several people instead of just one to prepare the property earlier and meet your request. Wi-Fi installed from April. No internet connection until then. Pets not allowed. Parties not allowed. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. The pool is unheated. Please close the enclosure at night to keep the water warm. No flips or somersaults, the pool is 1.50 m deep. Children must be supervised by an adult. Shoes off on the stairs. Clean the worktop with the magic sponge or a soft sponge, never with a scouring side. Use trivets for hot dishes. Laundry detergent not provided. On departure, please empty the bins and leave the keys in the lockbox. If in doubt, feel free to contact us by message or email. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROPERTY Electrical panel in the garage. Water shut-off valve and hot water tank in the laundry room. Heating by reversible heat pump and wood-burning stove. Pool under a low enclosure, no cover, products supplied. Maintenance with robot every week, filtration every 15 days, waterline and products when needed. Pool enclosure to be closed at night. Worktop cleaned only with a magic or regular sponge, never with Scotch-Brite. Lockbox near the garage. 1 set of keys handed over. Parking for 1 vehicle on the property, never in the street. Waste: no badge for the recycling drop-off points yet. The bins are paid, €2 per bag by bank card. Travel cot type baby bed.
